Here at Wishart-Web we have decided to support a couple of charities. These charites have made a difference in our lives in some way and we feel its only fair to try and give something back.
We donate a sum of money from our earning throughout the year to the charities mentioned below and on some occasions do work directly for the charities (ie, take a job on with the sole intent of giving 100% of the profits to the chosen charity).

Breakthrough/ Breastcancer Relief has provided help and support for a close member of family who had breast cancer (they are okay now) and their continued work into finding new treatments gives hope for the future.
We give the moneys directly to a local support group whose daughter died of breast cancer aged 30 (Kim McDougle/ Breakthrough/ Breastcancer Relief) who use the money to buy prizes for their Christmas raffle which in turn allows them to make very healthy contributions to breakthrough each year in here honour.

NACC (National Association for Crohns & Colitis) is a charity that although works tirelessly helping people with bowel disorders doesnt get the recognition it deserves due to the nature of the illnesses it promotes to help. These illnesses can be embaressing to say the least and for some the impact on their life is emmense and the NACC provides support via newsletters, specialist nurses, forums, etc to help people come to terms with their future and how best to deal with it.
